Shipping Charges
• Free Delivery on orders above ₹999 (Across India).
• Orders below ₹999 will have a standard delivery charge shown at checkout.
Exchange Shipping Charges
• A ₹49 shipping charge applies for all exchanges.
Exception : JOY FootCare will bear the shipping cost if the delivered product is defective or incorrect.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
To ensure smooth and secure COD handling:
- COD may include a small additional handling fee, displayed at checkout.
- COD orders will be dispatched only after confirming the order via call/SMS/WhatsApp.
- Please ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid failed delivery attempts.
- Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in COD service being disabled for the customer.
Delivery Timelines
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
• A tracking link will be shared via Email/SMS/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
Order Processing
• All orders are processed Monday to Saturday.
• Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Address & Delivery Attempts
• Please ensure that the delivery address and mobile number provided are accurate.
• Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times before the parcel is returned to JOY FootCare.
