At JOY FootCare, every pair is designed with precision, comfort and care. To maintain hygiene and ensure a premium experience, we follow a clear and transparent exchange policy.
 
Exchange Policy

• No Refunds – We currently offer exchanges only.
• 2-Day Exchange Window – Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging.
 
Exchange Shipping Cost

• For all exchanges, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.
• Exception: If you have received a defective product or an incorrect item, JOY FootCare will cover the shipping charges.
 
 
Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted only for exchange purposes.
• Footwear must not show any signs of wear and must be returned in its original JOY FootCare box.
 
 
Order Cancellation
• No order cancellations are permitted once the order is placed, as processing begins immediately to ensure timely delivery.
